Kurimanzutto NYC is opening a group exhibition curated by Gabriel Orozco titled, “Why Socialism? By Albert Einstein,” and the press release is an extended excerpt from Einstein’s essay from the inaugural issue of Monthly Review, published in May 1949. Monthly Review has republished it a couple of times, and it can be read in its entirety on their site. This edition of Better Read reads the kurimanzutto excerpt aloud in a computer-generated voice.
